Rustic Furniture, the valid contract concerning the purchase of the furniture.

This is the contract that we use to sell our classic and rustic furniture:

IDEA MOBILE that is situated in Ferrere (AT) Colle San Grato n. 54, 14012 Italy, VAT CODE 01474310057 is the owner of the web-site http://www.idea-mobile.com ("Site"). Existing general conditions of sale ("General conditions") are regulated by the Consumer Code (D.lgs. 6 settember 2005, n. 206), section II Contracts in a distance (art. 50 - 67) and by the norms concerning elettronic trade (D. Lgs. n. 70/2003).

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS. The part of the site "Purchase guide" is the essential part of the General conditions. The Customer is invited to print and safe the General conditions. In any case, confirming the purchase order the Customer will receive one copy of this contract.

  2. PRICE. The prices and the delivery costs are detailed at the moment of the order that is valid for 30 (thirty) days.

  3. ORDER. The contract is approved at the moment of the receiving of the total price of the order. It is disciplined by the art.1385 c.c. and by other valid law norms. In this case IDEA MOBILE will receive the order sending a confirming e-mail to the Customer. This document will include the information about the items chosen by the Customer, the prices (including the delivery costs), the address for the delivery and The General Conditions for the purchase order.

  4. CHANGES. All eventual requirements of changes of the purchase order by the Customer must be presented to IDEA MOBILE within 8 (eight) workdays starting at the date of the receiving of the amount of the total price. As soon as IDEA MOBILE assure the request of the changes, the Customer will be informed by e-mail within 8 (eight) workdays.

  5. PAYMENT CONDITIONS. The amount of the total price must be transferred to the account of IDEA MOBILE at the request of the purchase order (the Customer will be informed by e-mai of the amount for the transfer).

  6. DELIVERY COSTS AND CONDITIONS. IDEA MOBILE offers the delivery service all over the world. The delivery costs are paid by the Customer (the Customer will be informed by e-mail of the amount of the delivery costs at the request of the purchase order). The Customer will receive the invoice for the furniture items bought at the delivery or in advance by e-mail (as a Customer's request). For the invoice IDEA MOBILE will use the information given by the Customer. Nothing can be changed after the invoice is issued. The delivery time is 40 (forty) workdays after the receiving of the amount of the total price of the order. The Customer will be informed of the date of the delivery 2-3 days in advance. The delivery is done on the ground floor. If the Customer is not present at the place where the delivery is to be done as confirmed (and IDEA MOBILE is not informed by the Customer in advance), the Customer must require another delivery and the delivery costs will be increased. At the delivery the Customer must control the wrapping that mustn't be broken, damaged, wet or marked in any way. If there is any damage of the wrapping or the furniture, the Customer can refuse the delivery of the product that will be given back to IDEA MOBILE without any further cost for the Customer. As soon as the document of the delivery is signed by the Customer, he can't oppose any contestation concerning the exterior features of the furniture received.

  7. RECISSION RIGHT. Recission right (D.Lgs. 185/99) permits to the Customer to refuse the product bought without any penalty and receiving back the total amount paid in case of sending return registered mail to refuse the product within 10 (ten) workdays starting at the date of receiving the amount of the total price. The postal costs are to be done by the Customer. The communication of the recission should specify the will of refusal to buy the product/s and it is required to attach a copy of the relative invoice.

  8. GUARANTEE. All the products sent by IDEA MOBILE are protected by the law and commercial guarantees.

  9. PRIVACY. All personal data given by the Customer are used with the purpose to carry out the contract. The Customer may (as specified by the Privacy act) obtain the personal data requiring correction, addition and even deletion or blockage.

  10. COMPETENT COURT. All eventual controversy will be resolved by the competent legal authority situated in Turin.
