PRIVACY NOTE (Art. 13 of D .Lgs. June 30, 2003 n. 196)

IDEA MOBILE rispects the privacy of the customs and it is involved to protect it. This information note is written with the respect of D. Lgs. n.196 of June, 30 2003 ("Code concerning protection of personal data"), followed by "Law", (es. Law n. 675/1996) about protection and reservation of the personal data according to the mentioned above law.

Dear Customer, the personal data as name, surname, address, phone number received even by simple verbal communication, as a form of a contract or e-mai sent to IDEA MOBILE, are considered to be supplied with the consent of the data treatment and will be put into electronic database of IDEA MOBILE. As for as the information is concerned we inform your that:

  • the information is used for professional activity only and will be received in a form of a contract and will be inserted into electronic database, listing, sent by e-mail or signed directly.

  • the data as addresses and e-mail will be used by IDEA MOBILE to send the information of the sales, discounts and other promotional and commertial information concerning correspondent services.

  • the submission of the data is obtional but it is necessary for the professional and commercial relation.

  • the data will be accessible by employees and partners of IDEA MOBILE, especially in charge of the data treatment and can be transmitted to any commercial or functional entity giving services to IDEA MOBILE (for ex. credit entity, accountant, auditor, data entry, postal service, delivery service). The owner of the data is IDEA MOBILE situated at 54, Colle San grato 14012 Ferrere (AT), Italy.

  • as far as the data is concerned, you can use your right (art. 7 of the Code) and, for example, ask for a copy of the data treatment, its correction or rectification, addition or even deletion , transition in an anonymous form or blockage in case of the law violation.

  • you have your right to refuse, in full or in part, to receive any promotional and commertial information or to participate to any market research or to get any commercial communication.
